Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Dūbu account and the personal data associated with it. Dūbu is operated by SulekhaDD AB, Kungälv, Sweden. If you have any questions, contact us at dubu@sulekhadd.app.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in Dūbu:
- Open the Dūbu app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is then marked for deletion and your personal data is removed or anonymised after a short grace period (see below).
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account at dubu@sulekhadd.app with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymise the personal data tied to it, including:
- Your account profile — Google user id, display name and email address.
- Your learning data — downloaded decks, cards seen, quiz results, scores, streaks and study statistics.
- Your leaderboard entries and in-app activity.
What we may retain, and for how long

We keep the minimum records the law requires and delete them once that obligation ends. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing; we never hold your card or bank details.
